Do Zombies decay?

Do Zombies decay? I know it sounds like a bogus question but I mean in seriously.

Now that we have terts that decay, I think that if one of those is hit with a zombie spoil it should decay just like a player. At the same time if the tert is an auto deploy, I think the zombies should increase.

If this would be a difficult programming change, forget about it, it is not that important to me. But if it is relatively easy, I think it should be considered.

(If I am in the wrong place for this comment, please let me know and I will move it. I thought about suggestions, but this seemed more map related.) I started thinking about this after playing Promontory Summit. A wonderful map, by the way. Fits on my phone, nicely.

there is not a single map yet in which neutrals (including zombies) decay.

it is possible to do it, but by default neutrals don't decay or have bonus deployments

I don't think there is yet an XML feature which allows neutrals to decay.

Clearly I haven't been keeping up with the foundry as of late. 8-[

It's actually reasonable that zombified troops don't decay from adverse conditions or autodeploy more zombies (since they are dead and not organized enough to recruit troops).

I tried this on Pi. It is in the XML coding but isn't functional in the Mother Code.. It would have been great!
