I just joined CC and its the best thing since sliced bread. But im bored of the classic map and the only other good one is British Isles. All the other maps look very ameteur and unprofessional. THis is not a dig would like to play other maps but they are confusing. Please do ur best

well than make ur own i think the maps actually are rly good

you've only played 4 games in total. How can you make such a sweeping statement without having even played on more of them?

i hav played them all and theres prob only 1 or 2 i dont like

i dont like about half of them

there are some not so good maps, but there are more than enough spectacular maps to go on. Europe is really good graphically as well as one of the most fun to play. and yes, how can you possibly say that without having played all of the maps?

I'd suggest playing...

single player maps:

CCU = flat rate single, 6 players.

Montreal = singles, 6 players flate rate (ugly map but, good playability)

Brazil = single, 6 players. it might be to your liking if you enjoy british isles.

Doubles:

USA = 6 players, flat rate.

Middle Earth = 6 players, esc. or flat.

Asia = 6 players, flate rate.

Ancient greece = 6 players, esc. or flat.

Europe = 6 players, escilating.

Triples:

Middle earth, esc. or flat rate.

Tarmiel = flat rate.

North America: escilating

Those are the types of games I prefer for playability in no special order...

but for people that just make maps that prob hav absolutely no skill or a idea of how 2 they do a good job

It's pretty rude to say things like that when you've only played Classic, you havn't tried making a map, and most of the mapmakers, if not all, do do their best when the design a map.

Brazil and Tamriel maps are the best.. tamriel best for singles brazil for doubles..


North america is sweet if you want a long huge army game.

I think probably the worst quality (visually) map that i have seen final forged is phillipines, and that i think is of a high enough standard, some of the older maps like Middle East and Brazil I would have to agree with you are quite atrocious (visually). Marvaddin assures me, though that after his South America map he will fix up the Brazil map.

If you take the time to have a look at a few then play the ones that look good, you will see there is plenty to choose from. I like Europe and Alexander the Great the best at the moment.

i know where alot of people r cumin from sayin i havent played alot of maps. I just look at the maps available and they look very daunting and unplayable...Look at space.Jesus. I like the classic map,also europe is very clever and africa as well. Apart from that i wont even try and play any of the other maps. Thay just arent any good. Sorry. Wish i knew how to make my own, it would be interesting

Once again, do you have any reasons that you are making these statements? What is wrong with the maps that you don't understand. Coming on here and saying "make better maps" doesn't help because you aren't giving any real advice.

I'm not trying to attack you or say that you are wrong (even though I do disagree with your view) but if you want to make the situation better you need to offer constructive criticism instead of simply saying "They aren't good"

I was starting to like this bloke then he chips in with the only other good one is British Isles which is fucking shite, and then he lobs in; bored of playing the classic map (after 14 games completed)
