Comments: was warned previously about this and has ignored that warning. a quick glance at his "ratings left" page & wall can corroborate my summation.

This guy basically leaves either five stars or one star. You basically leave either five stars or two stars. You both equally contribute to the stupidity of the ratings system.

I did report someone once for giving straight 5 ratings all the time because they were one of the many people destroying the ratings system. Sadly, C&A did not see it my way, and I don't plan to try it again.

Sorry, I only find very few questionable ratings which isn't enough (yet) to put him to the next level of disciplinary action for ratings abuse. This report is noted.
