hey guys right now im thinking this will become one of those building maches where no one dose anything please give me your thoughts of it

Not really with escalating spoils. Red has a HUGE advantage, getting more than triple anyone's bonus.
Someone will make a mistake, and the game will be open.

well so far this is a building game now... what should i do??? i think im worst position wise as i got green rihgt next to me with huge amounts but if green takes me out that leaves for blue to take him out wich would leave red there to take out blur thus ending the game

I'm not gonna help you in the game, you should ask the people from SoC for that.
But I'll tell you this much:
Feudal + no fog + whatever spoils = build game
