I think we should make an exception to the rule about rank and membership status with the proviso that emelar must write a 5000 word essay explaining in vague detail how he qualifies and explain exactly what he plans to do with his new powers and also express what positive changes he plans to make within the CC community at large.

Ragna Sovepose (Ragna Sleeping Bag), always sent the most far out questions. In the respondings to Ragna Sleeping Bag the editors failed so bad in hiding their frustration.
