Concise description:
a variation on a team game where one member of the team is a target.

Specifics/Details:
it would be a team game doubles, triples or quads. where each team is assigned a target on an opposing team that there team has to kill to win the game. but they won't know who on there own team is being targeted. whichever team successfully takes out there target wins the game.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
a new assassin variation that holds an air of mystery and lots of ways for new tactics and ways to play.

At first glance, it excites me. On second glance, it seems less fun than originally planned on fog. Might be better on sunny; not sure I would play it.

I think the hunt would be more interesting in fog

So this would play out as assassin but in teams. Whilst the idea sounds fun, if the target is last to play, it could be game over very fast. That is not much fun at all. Also, it would not take long for a team to work out who the target is.

Assassin games are limited to three players, so will this get limited to three teams. Now that we have 12 player games you can get 3 quads, 4 trips, 6 doubles teams on a map. That limitation would make this a far better idea IMHO.

i initially thought this would be ok but unfortunately the more i mull it over the more i dislike it.

it won't take long to discover who on your team is being targeted and most trips/quads games are already played that way. i just can't see how this adds anything special to what we already have.

-- Of course there are people who like, dislike and are unsure of this idea,, I like it regardless of this that and the other thing, Manual deploy with no knowledge of targets until everyone drops would be the way to go,, If Team Manhunt was only able to be played on Manual no see till all drop I think it would fix some doubts? Yes/No maybe so '')

a suggestion needs to be viable on its own. not restricted to only be played if a 2nd option is chosen.

Humm.. I think in that case the target(s) must be known publically. Say team 3 knows that team 1 is targetting team 2's blue guy. They could help protect him ect.
