Highlight territories from the chatbox

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- If a territory's name were to be typed into the chatbox, a player could hover the mouse arrow over the name, and the territory would be highlighted on the map.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- This would be beneficial on the larger and more complicated maps when a new player is taking advice from teammates or trying to follow a team tactics discussion.
