Clock for the sender of invites

Concise description:
  • Provide a countdown clock for the invitor of a game. We have countdown clocks for invitees of games, and they get the luxury of knowing how much time they have left. Yet we don't have a clock for the invitor who created the game. On a public game, the invitor runs undue risk by sending out an invite, not knowing if the recipient will accept in the allotted 24 hours. And if the allotted 24 hours should expire, then any Tom-foolery can join and potentially wreck havoc with your team and game. But with an invite clock provided for to the sender of invites, then the invitor can watch the clock, when it's about the expire, they can take preemptive measures to reserve the spot for another teammate.

Specifics/Details:
  • Provide a countdown clock to the game initiator that sends out the invites. This lets him/her know how much time remains before the invite expires and he either re-sends the invite or chooses someone else. But at least with a countdown clock, the invitor knows how much time is remaining and can take appropriate actions to invite someone else and reserve the spot before someone unwanted joins the game.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
  • Protects the one initiating team games, so that when they reserve spots for teammates, they are more likely to get the teammate they are seeking versus an unwanted rogue stranger. This increases the likelihood that one will play with teammates they are seeking and produce a more enjoyable gaming experience.

STICKIED. I don't think there is any viable argument anyone can present against this, however, I will give it a while in the spotlight before sending it to Submitted to try and correct any forseen issues that may be brought up.

my only thought is that password protection also resolves the main issue presented here. Having said that I still think its a good idea.
