Tweak/twerk the game map page in legacy view

- Adjust the game map in legacy view to make the settings clearer.
Specifics/Details:
- I know that the legacy view isn't supported in favor of the panels, but I'd greatly appreciate it if two changes could be made in the legacy view.
First, the setting at the top of the map - can they be bolded and enlarged as in panel view?
Secondly, could the map not be automatically pushed to the top of the screen? It immediately covers up the settings at the top. In panel mode, this doesn't happen.
Hm. It's almost like there's an agenda to make us all switch to panels.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- For those who choose to turn the panels off, this will help us more easily see special game map settings, particularly since these details are harder to scan on the Central Command page now.
