new card ideas: ronin/rebel and traitor

Ronin/Rebel spoils turn the territories and units within them neutral. Ooops. Tells you how often I play zombie....
revised Rebel(s); territories that turn Rebel gain +1 army every round thereafter that they remain neutral until conquered.
Traitor spoils turn the territories and units within them to the spoils players control. Could be limited to half rounded up for balance?
