Improved user statistics

Concise description:improve the user interface to include a reporting mechanism and not rely on third party applications to perform the leg work for the site. Map rank is a great tool but could be improved. I'm convinced a certain partner of mine and I have been killing in dubs games lately let me search over a time frame to see what games we've been on the same team and what our record is present the data in something a bit more updated. Let's pretend like we know how to use the information the site is tracking.

• add user reporting section to left hand side bar
• incorporate reporting to expand beyond the current scope of what is available.
• stop making export data into excel and manipulate it their. I get w ouch of that at work.
