Password Resets via User Control Panel

- In order to reset your password you have to know it already.

- I thought I did know my password, and had noted it down, turns out I don't. So I can't reset my password as the User Control Panel won't let you reset your password without knowing your old one. I've contacted Support and not had any joy there so far.
So the suggestion is to add a Password Reset function within User Control Panel. It's secure as only I can login to it, using my old, forgotten password stored in my browser. By all means email me a link and I'll go log in and click that if you feel that's required, but as it stands I can't action a reset myself. So this became a problem when I wanted to use a new device to play my games whilst on holiday. I timed out

- It allows everyone to do a function which almost every other website allows as standard, without having to bother Support (who, in turn, don't support this very well)
