New Mods for Strategy/Mafia

Concise description:

• Underutilization of some forums

Specifics:

• The Strategy Forum has stagnated due to the guides that are written not being processed or commented on. A new mod would help expedite the process.
• Can we please have a Mafia forum mod if nothing more for locking game threads once they are done to prevent necrobumping?

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Helping newer players understand new maps when they play instead of just the few guides we have now available to everyone and a few that are ready in the strategy group.
• Reduce clutter in the mafia forum and perhaps encourage more members to play.
