I am not for this one... enough options already... sheesh... pretty soon we will have 500 maps and 300 options... overkill!

I'm asking what the difference is between this and nuclear spoils. If they simply turned to neutral territories, wouldn't be the same as nuclear?

from what i can tell they become aggressive neutrals, attacking the territories next to them and advancing?

In Nuclear spoils, the territories nuked turn into 1 neutrals. Correct?

in this spoils variation, the territories cashed in automatically turn Neutral. So say you had 10 troops on X. Someone cashes in Territories X, Y, Z. That means your 10 troops on Territory X turn into 10 Neutral troops. Understand?

No. These will turn into basic Neutrals that do nothing but stand there looking lost and confused. You are thinking of Infected Neutrals

at the rate things get implemented around here it would take many decades to reach 300 options

but if it does, just think of all those shiny medals everyone would be chasing :D

yea, but it adds stratagy because the previous owner has to ask himself if he would rather keep the free defence, or have the tactical advantages of the teritorry, like a bonus or bombardment or a route of an attack
