The pm inbox capacity needs to be increased, i reccomend raising it to 100 messages from 50

With the new invite a player function of the site comes much more pm's being sent on a daily basis, the problem now becomes that when capacity is met messages get deleted, over a busy weekend my inbox gets over filled.

This will improve the following aspects of the site: no more missed messages

I posted the same kind of idea a few months ago: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=87881&p=2034730#p2034730

Nothing really came of it though

Using folders help, you can also export messages as well to a CSV file.

Also, you can change your inbox setting to hold new messages until you move or delete some of the messages in your inbox.

Owen posted a great short term solution. For a more long term one I think this thread has more potential.

If Sender is Admin | Place into folder: Game Invites/Speed

Does it still give you the notification of a new message?

Yes indeed, same as if it was just in your inbox main folder

Although now, I've just learned there is a limit to how many folders you can have

You can have up to at least 3 folders, possibly 4 if I remember correctly. Each one can hold up to 50 messages, so in actuality you have an inbox with a capacity of at least 150, maybe 200 messages. You just have to fiddle with the rules and filters to make it work however you want.

You can only have 4 folders if you include the "Saved Messages" one. That means between these folders and the regular inbox you can hold 250 messages!
