Should we include AI characters.

I find that when playing with other people I don't know frustrating. They join and leave and honestly It's really starting to ware on me, I come here for a risk typish game not not waiting for one week to go thru a round.
Can we add some AI characters so we can play a faster game, so we can get the basics down easier.
Also with the newer people I.e. Me, A feel and understanding for the game.
My idea.
Easy: only does 1-5 attacks. and most of the attacks are pointless in strategic possesion. Not always having a reinforced border 1-2, usuall forces are weak within the 1-20 armies range.
Moderate: an average player does a normal of 3-12 attacks all of them are ethier of strategic importance or a distraction (meaning hitting a flank that is ethier open for capture). Holds a decient bit of reinforcement on the border conisdering(2-3) a group of, and attack groups as large as 4-35
Hard: A challenge even for the most veteran players, All of the attacks are almost perfect without any blunders all capturing is of importance and better poistion holding. The border is always reinforced with a group of 3-4 or higher. Brings attack forces between 6-60.
With this addition every A.I. Win, wouldn't subtract to your "Player vs. Player" score. Every loss wouldn't subtract from your "Player vs. Player score".
It may seem fickle, But I'm extermley tired of waiting around a week to finish a round or wait till my next turn.
Please feel free to add anything to this suggestion. Also can someone move this to the suggestion board.
