Dice Deck *option*

Concise description:
The Dice Deck is a virtual deck of 36 cards that represent every possible roll of a pair of dice.

Specifics/Details:
The Dice Deck would replace normal dice rolls. As the match progresses, the possible rolls dwindle until the deck resets. I see this as an optional element, like manual deployment.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
While I have no problem with the current dice system, I have seen this option work in a few other games (namely Catan) and I think it would be a fun and interesting option (and it might quell some of the bitching from those who are dice haters by making their suffering more predictable ;) ). This would give an obvious advantage to those who are running Dice Analyzer (though many people concerned about true "randomness" already are).

Yes, a dice option. I love it. Do it.

I'm not sure I understand. Each die works independently in the real world, and each time it is rolled it has a 1/6 chance of of being anything. Just because it was a 3 and a 4 this time, doesn't make it any less likely that it will be a 3 and a 4 next time. The odds stay the same. To take that ability out of play is just foolish. If anything, you take strategy away from the game because you give the ability to track your own dice. If I know that the only option of my 36 left is a 1-1, I would waste that roll somewhere rather than use it while going for a break.

People who complain about dice will complain regardless of what system is used. They have at least one of two qualities. They are either a miserable person who complains about anything and only sees the negative, or they simply lack the strategy to win at this game on a regular basis. Either way, dumbing it down for them isn't the answer.

That is the whole point he's trying to make I think.

Indeed, it would add another element to the strategy. You would know that a certain amount of good or bad rolls still exist and have to take risks based on that limited knowledge.
I don't see why 3 dice would be a problem for this... We have dice analytics now don't we?
It's just an idea that I think could work with this type of game and could add something interesting.
Different map options have been added through the years, this could be one of them.
