Wrong forum, wrong thread.
To answer your Q, it's so that you can't use the computer opponent to get really good at a map without risking points, then reap the points by playing against humans. If you want to get good at a map, you need to be willing to risk some points to get there, and play against real humans, which is what makes it fun. No risk, no gain.

Personally, I feel like if this site started using bots to play against, it would make it much less fun, as people would play against bots much more than against other players. I feel like this would turn it into any of those risk games for pc i could go out and spend 30 bucks on. This site offers playing against real people. And just to address your other point, part of learning is losing. I'm not saying that it couldn't be done as an option for players to use, or trying to discourage the suggestion. I just don't think it's a good idea.

I wouldn't mind bots sometimes, but it's not gonna happen. It's been talked about many times before. If you want bots, there are programs for that you can play.

No, this won't be happening. There is a learning curve for maps. If you want to learn how to play a map, you can easily check the strategy guides, or risk points to learn it.
