I believe that anyone who is eliminated from a game due to deadbeating should automatically get a either a neutral or negative feedback, I believe this will help people judge whether or not to play with people

No. No way. Not a chance. Sometimes deadbeating can't be helped. So why should we punish them for it? It would be MUCH better to have a counter of missed turns/deadbeats.

she's talking about dead beating a whole game and 3 days in a row cannot be helped lol teah right, I mean if you really had a good reason you can always respond but I totally agree that this should be done

No, I believe that there are much better solutions to this problem than auto-feedback.

and what is that solution?what I propose would be a simple generic statement the person can respond if they choose save the rest of us from retalitory feedback from warning the world all I see is pluses, I have yet to deaedbeat a turn much less a game so maybe I am bias but I would hope everyone one would strive to be as courteous as fullfillig there commitment to completing a game that they start

however some deadbeating cannot be avoided. plus if there is a valid reason do u believe it should be deleted? can you imagine the amount of pm's the mods are gonna get each day with explanations of why they deadbeated and all the extra work for mods to delete the feedbacks. if you feel this strongly about it leave negs yourself, i think this would cause too much work for such little gain.

Again 3days in a row not just 1 missed turn is what I am refering to and there is a lot of stagnant games because of it and no I do not think it should be deleted just responded too But if it cannot not be prevented respond to it that is why they gave the ability to respond it wouls truly be helpful and make everyone mindful of who they play and there reputation and responsisbility... ONe of the reasons I do not let my boyfriend get a premium account is the system as it stands becaus I would want 1 also but for what 30% of 20 games to just drag on do not join if you cannot play and if this is something that scares you maybe you are overstretching your ability and should scale back let quality of game out rulew quanity of games...

I agree with Tracker let it stand and let everyone know it will stand so they cannot get it removed by mods it is not unfair feedback and stops the person recieveing from retalitating on the point if the have a reason or excuse let them respond to it and leave it at that... I find it amazing the resistance to this Idea it makes me wonder how many people are deadbeating and how often they do so I mean if you are kicked out for deadbeating it should be know period so other that do not can avoid games with you...

There is one word for this suggestion: Lazy.

If you hate deadbeats so much, then give them negative feedback yourself. There are times that deadbeating cannot be avoided. I planned a vacation, I tried very hard to avoid having open games, not joining any new ones a month prior, but when vacation came, where I would be unable to use a computer for over a week (I refuse to drag a laptop on to the beach in Jamaica), I apologized to my opponents for my possible deadbeating and wished them well.

Should I get negative auto-feedbacks for that?

Hell, in one of my games, the other players dragged their turns out on purpose so that when I got back I had only missed one turn.

Now, I'm all for having a deadbeat count on someone's profile, but auto-feedback is just lazy, and mean. Even allowing them to respond wouldn't help, most people don't actually read feedback, they just look at the count of their opponents, unless something goes poorly, then they read it.

Just check the millions of other posts for why people deadbeat, but in short: both life and shit happen!

then repond to it my point and her point as well, is if you dead beat it should be known and if it only happens once or twice kool explain yourself and to the other guy yes you should get negative feedback for deadbeating regardless of the reason life happens for us all I manage to work go to school and still not deadbeat while at the same time raising a family, it is funny excuses are like assholes everybody has one...
