Maybe on holidays we can have maybe 12 hours added 2 extend our turns since alot of us have missed turns because we have been at family member's houses

What holidays? What are you talking about?
hint: not everyone lives in your country, they also deserve an additional 12 hours, too, when they have some holidays with all the countries represented here we'd end up having lots of 36 hour turns.
I think this is the first time ever I see a suggestion for making turns longer instead of faster...

i think there should be no missed turns at christmas, since at least half of us probably cant get on a computer.

i know on christmas you can decide in your own games to have no attacking each other
have a game of football instead (i mean english football the quality type enjoyed by all soldiers on the front line)
