• a speed game is a speed game. It didn't say that there where exceptions when I bought the 5 pack so I can only assume that this is a bug

I'm playing on a site called conquer club. They have 2 accounts "freemium" & "premium" the free accounts allow you to play up to 4 games at a time, but you do not have access to real time "speed" games, and you do not have access to certain game settings. If you want those features, then you need to pay for premium.
They do have an option for what's called a "5 pack speed game" where you pay a fee to be able to play 5 speed games as a free player. When I went to try to use this speed pack it wouldn't let me because I had all 4 game slots being used There is nothing that says that you can't use the speed pack games if you don't have available game slots. Does this seem right?

Based on what you described, the “5 Pack Speed Game” sounds like a separate feature that you paid for, giving you access to speed games as a freemium player. If there was no clear indication that it requires open game slots, then it’s reasonable to expect that these speed games would be an exception to the 4-game limit, since you’re paying extra for them.



The fact that it blocked you because your 4 slots were full suggests either:

1. There’s an undisclosed restriction requiring open slots even for the speed games.

• Check the exact description of the “5 Pack Speed Game” purchase option again to confirm there’s no mention of open slots being required.

• Reach out to Conquer Club’s support and explain the situation. If it wasn’t clearly stated, you could argue that the restriction should have been disclosed, and you might even request a refund or credit.



If they intended for speed games to require open slots, they should have explicitly said so, since the point of the pack is to give freemium players access to a feature they otherwise wouldn’t have. Without that clarity, it feels like a misleading or incomplete description on their part.
