[GO] 5v5 and 6v6 games

Ok, this is probably one of the most obvious suggestions and the tech team is probably working on it since the 12 player games were implemented.
I have to say that when 12 player games came out, I thought 5v5 and 6v6 would be directly implemented as well.
Nevertheless, I'm opening this thread to know a little more about it. Maybe it's too unballanced in escalating?

I don't see a problem with this idea and it's the logical next step to 12 player games. STICKIED

I suppose the real question here is: "Do you want this to be the next major feature added or should admin spend its time on other things first?"

Yes. We should probably have a priority of things if we start needing to choose. The new guys (blakebowling and bigWham) seem to get to things pretty quickly though. So, that may not be an issue. I know they already have this in mind, but wanted to get the twelve player games out there without having to wait for 5v5 and 6v6 games.

Maybe we need to decide what to call the games. Doubles, triples, quadruples, quintuples, and sextuples?

This would be towards the top of my priority list. Clan wars will be very interesting once this is in place.

This would be on top of my priority list too, after bug fixes are done.
6v6 is the only version of 12 player games i am really interested in.

Yes, i have to say at the end of the day 6v6 and 5v5 were the options i was looking forward to play when 12 player games came out, and i m sure it s the case of almost all team players. Triple quads or quadruple trips isn t as fun as i thought.

yes if it was simple i guess it would ve been implemented straight away no worries. we know how fast the new team works.

The triple game on 12 is pretty good I'm happy but quint and hex games should be spectacular for sure.
