Doubles and Secret Diplomacy

If you speak about team game, 2 vs 2 then talking with your partner privately is encouraged. It is not secret diplomacy, because everyone know that he is your partner.
And as you will see in the chat, in a team game, you can chose to speak only to your teammate, or to everyone. That way you can speak privately in the game chat with your partner. You should use it to plan a common strategy.
