The different levels represent better AIs.
They don't cheat.

Posted: Thu Sep 25, 2014 5:08 pmBased on the timing of the change, I'm guessing that when the new bots came in, World 2.1 was removed from the list of maps available to bots. Any games that got underway before that would be able to finish.... but no new ones could start after that.
