Hi everyone,

I have a question and haven't found the answer.
In a round limit game, I know that the player with te most troops win.
But if a player hold the objectives. Who wins.
To be clear, an example.
AOR 2 20 round limits
Player 3 is the last to play and take the bell in round 20. He have less troops than player 2. He's the last one to play.
Who will win?

Person with the most troop . Objective must come back around to the players turn and hold the objective longer than the game is going
