i recently became involved a few games with Zombie spoils
What are Zombie spoils?
i never played them.
I looked up a couple games with Zombie and it seems to be the same as Nuclear. What happens when you Zombie a region

Zombies are like nuke, in that when you turn the cards in, the corresponding territories have their armies changed to neutrals.
Unlike nuke, in zombie, the army size is not reduced to 1. So if you 'zombie' a red 7, it because a neutral 7.

If player 1 (the red player) has 7 armies on Mexico, and you turn in the "Mexico" card, the armies on Mexico become neutral, but there are still 7 of them on Mexico (unlike nuke where it would become a 1).

If you have X armies.
Nuclear reset X troops to 1 neutral.
Zombie reset X troops to X neutral.

Units are still their, they turn into Zombie/neutral units.

When zombie-spoiled, it would become a neutral 7.
