anyone else notice how much better the dice are when you bombard? there's probably a thread about this somewhere but i couldn't find it. i seem to always smash when bombarding and vice versa - it must be built in?

yep, I have found getting better rolls while bombarding versus attacking, however this could be a perception as well since you are more often attacking than bombarding and noticing bombarding seems to offer better result....

Plus it seems better because you dont have to adv a minimum of 1.

Yeah, I know the not advancing is helpful. But the amount of times on say, waterloo, where it seems you can take a 6 and bombard out 10 or 12 just seems disproportionate to that happening in standard attacks. Wasnt sure if anyone else had noticed this or if it was just me.

I was actually just looking to see what the dice odds are for bombardment as well. Always seems to take way less troops to annihilate troops when bombarding. On Supermax Prison Riot I just hammered about 40 using only 12 or so. Seems to be the norm.
