As a third party just following this game along I have two comments:

1. Kudos to Jak for trailing town along. You played on their fears just enough.
2. WTF was town thinking? By D3 or 4 it was obvious Jak was scum. When there is only one kill each night and you have the guy pretty much telling you he did it, how do you not lynch him?

Very enjoyable to read along on this one.

That's all.

Another thing to consider, this has been my first game here after a LONG break. Haha. So it's not that bad ;D

Still very interested in keener's take. He had the best seat in the house for this one (and wouldn't tell me the secret after I was dead. :( )

First off, this was a great game to mod and watch from above. Of course there were moments where things started to drag and a couple of replacements, but overall the game was very enjoyable from my spot.

This is how I came about the setup. First, I am a fan of the game Werewolves. We play it often at home with friends and I wanted to bring some of those characters to this game. Then I decided to make a game with 15 players and then I modified the mafiascum setup called Jungle Anarchy 15p. I was toying with the basic setups, but I know I wanted 3 factions with masons and the match maker/lovers.

At first I wanted to make this an open setup, but then I thought it might be better and more flexible for the players by keeping it closed.

My worst fear going into the game is that the vig and either the werewolves or mafia die out early. The mafia got hit early with bad luck and timing to really have an impact after the first days. Then I knew we were in for a battle. Out of the blue comes jak with his crazy Vampire claim and I was wondering how long he could keep it up… I didn’t expect him to be alive at the end but somehow he got the town on their heels and schemed his way through.

I really have not commented but mafia faction was all but useless cannon fodder. We could not kill and all we could do was block as a team. LOL the funny part I do not think I have ever played where everyone was so complimentary about my game play and style.

It really felt that there were two different games played.
