Uber map

Curious if there would be any interest in a novelty map much larger then the norm.

What I was thinking was something along the lines the World3.0, with several hundred territories, designed for a mega-tournament-game with dozens of players.

Obviously not for regular play, but it might be fun for some event...

It would have to be without points of course, as the winner would instantly rank as Emperor for Life with all those points.

1. Battle Royale, a game mode rarely played, already has one player per territory and since World 2.1 has been made it's played on that.

2. Size restriction make this hard to do. DiM tried negotiating with Keyogi and Andy to make sizes larger on some maps but got nowhere in arguing.

There has been some behind the scenes talk of something relating to this idea.

I know that's cryptic, but it is already more then I should say.

Anyway, nobody feel compelled to try to make an 'uber map' (supersized is the in house term) right now because we can't let them out of map ideas currently.

Thanks for the answers... but I am worried that I somehow put this in the wrong spot, I was aiming for the Map Idea area... could a moderator either move this, or simply remove it, as my question was answered.

My apologies....

(Gonna have to try that Battle Royale you mentioned, sound cool... and dangerous!)
