format:

-small 16 player, 1v1, Peloponnesian War
-normal settings: Automatic, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, No Fog
-special setting: 20 rounds
-entrants limited to "recently Sergeant and below" (can have been higher now or in past, but RECENTLY [in the last week or so] a Sgt or below -- confirmed elegibity of 2 entrants))
-Fremium players MUST leave 1 slot open -- to keep tourney moving

Misc. other Special:
-BOOM BOOM is #1 featured player. . .other 2-4th ranks are other Featured Guests (based on their Female profile pics)
-Seeding: based on Score when bracketed -- around the Special Guests (1-4)
-first come first served -- around the availability of Special Guests, etc.; will have reserve/back-up spots available
-reply to thread (per Serbia) to Gen.LeeGettinhed, with last date of being Sergeant or below (if you are now above Sergeant); will TRY to verify if only a few games away, or know that you were Sgt or below. etc.

Background:
-Gen.LeeGettinhed has never played Peloponnesian; BOOM BOOM plays a lot of Peloponnnesian
-BOOM BOOM and GLG discussed co-hosting a tournament -- CC won't allow co-hosting for a small 16 person
-look for larger tournament co-hosted by BOOM BOOM/GLG
-Reserves for this tournament will have first priority for next tournament; Players will have second priority for next tournament

Misc add'l notes:

-I assume players will keep 1 open slot for the tournament to keep it going. no slots, no tourn or forfeit w/in 24 hrs.
-Arcee and valeria the Red are 2 considering being possible Featured players (but we need a non-robot pic from Arc)
-ImissSCca has agreed to be a featured player; still have invites out to dazerazer and others.

-Featured-or-player: Arcee
-Players: NoSurvivors, RobGriffioen, rose-thorn, Roosterfieldton, Elmo9199
-may switch from Chained to Unlimited -- unless heavy pushback from entrants (namesake BOOM BOOM's wish)

Remember:
-Sergeant and below (Sgt first class, etc. is OK -- but no Lieutenants and above, unless RECENTLY those)
-still need possible reserves/subs, etc.

Just to be clear, Gen.LeeGettinhed will not be eligible to play in this tourney, as he is not a Sergeant.
