tiebreakers effecting division winners and playoff seedings will be decided in the following manner:
division -
1) head to head record
2) division record
3) conference record
4) team with the least amount of cumulative rounds needed to win their games in the series
5) tiebreaker game will be played

in the event of multiple teams being involved in a tie the same formula will be applied except there will be multiple teams involved in the equation.
