haha jk, this is a decent idea even though it wont be used THAT often. Right now clan games are coded the same way as tournament games if I recall correctly. I think it could be useful to give TO's this power as well.

Is this much of an issue for people that don't play 7 wars at once?

Yeah, I know what you're saying, but I guess I didn't see it as that big of an issue.

The CD's may not want this responsibility either... I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want it.

I kind of understand, but for example on das schloss i just say gg and just drop with no attack or otherwise i just help the opponent to kill neutrals to get obj quicker. But yeah, sometimes it s done on round 3 and i know too well the feeling of having to continue playing that crap for 10 more rounds minimum!
