-----------Is the damage caused by...The Act of Mother Nature...Or (The Billions???)???....Or The fact the way most Japanese homes were built..Their walls were just about made of paper...So is the Acts of nature, the death toll factor...Or poor architecture...If most homes were made of Brick/Stone...In Japan would the death toll have been much lower???...In an earthquake, you are supposed to get under an archway...You could imagine, their walls of paper....Blown away/ or quickly burning,those on fire...

Asking and getting wildfire prevention money and spending the money on other things...

He's saying the death tolls in Nagasaki and Hiroshima are Japan's fault for not using different building materials, rather than the US's fault for dropping weapons of mass destruction on the two cities.

Agree, I read it like Japan dropped the bomb on themselves and the fires in Hawaii were from Japanese space laser (not the Jewish ones the mainstream extreme right wing news would have you believe)
