Luxembourg Tournament with a twist for Generals [Abandoned]

Hello everyone,
This is a call for a quick Luxembourg Tournement with a twist for Generals.
Round 1: Double round robin style: every player will play every player twice; 8 best players and 8 best Generals advance.
Every win will grant 1 point , but if your rank is General or your name has the word "General" in it, and you lose to another player who is not a General in rank or name, the other player gets 2 points; Generals playing other Generals will get only 1 point per win.
Round 2 and on: Simple bracket knockout tournament style.
Tournament will be played on Luxembourg map, which was chosen because it's a relatively short and quick map.

You're going to have to change your restrictions. You can say that people have to be a major or above. Restrictions can't be based on people's names.

I see you edited it a little bit.
You can reserve half of the tournament, so if you want to do that, that's fine, but I do not understand how many people will be in. You say that 8 from each group will advance, but in your player list, you have 16 numbers. So, does everyone advance to round 2?

Wouldnt that discourage a 'general' from wanting to participate? Unless a 'general' gets 2pts for beating non 'generals'.
