Conquer Club

Special Notes: This is a league. It is not a quick 1v1 tournament. There will be many weeks and it will take a while to complete. Premium membership is required to join.

Format: This is a 32-player league, with two divisions of 16. There will be 15 weeks in the league, each week you play 4 games against another person in your division, until you've played everyone. When these weeks are over, the top scorer in each league will face off against each other in a best-of-7 series for the championship. In the unlikely event of a tie for the division title, a best-of-5 playoff on random maps will occur.

Settings: 2 player, Standard, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, Foggy
Joining: To avoid confusion with the fog, in each 4 game set two games will by joined by one person first and two games will be joined by the other person first.
Maps (changed each week, each map will only be used once during the weeks): AOR 1, AOR 2, AOR 3, Arms Race, Bamboo Jack, Battle for Iraq, Actium, Feudal War, Pearl Harbor, Rail Europe, Solar System, Sydney Metro, Waterloo, Ardennes, Gazala

Two games, one person joins first, the other two games the other person joins first. Is that okay with you?
Edit- and for the best of 7 championship, whoever has the better record joins three games first, the other person has to join 4 games first

probably need some rule on who needs to start the 2 first as there are a # of players that will want to be the person to start 1

also if its xxx joins 2 first and yyy joins 2 first that wont be fully fair since each map has a slightly different bonus for joining 2nd, like in waterloo where joining 2nd can be lots of info where as iraq or the aor has little if any advantage in joining second. How do u decide who gets to join which first?

no, you misunderstand how this works. Each week everyone plays four games on the same map against another opponent in your league. (i.e. week one you play a random opponent 4 times on a random map, week two you play a random opponent that you haven't played before on a map that hasn't been used before).

I don't get what you are saying here. Each week you play four games against another person, in two games one person joins first, and in two games the other person joins first.

who cares who joins what first or second - the order in which you start is random - no based on when you join the game - right ??
