Community strategy guide/forum?

Can't find the strategy forum.
I think it would be easier to work with a newbie if there was a basic strategy guide that could be referred to. People could post their insights to a forum and selected posts could be transcribed into an easily accessible strategy guide, up at the top, right between Instructions and Scoreboard.
Right now I can get basic probabilities at the Wikipedia article.

Under the General Discussion main forum there is a strategy subforum, which probably meets the exact need you are looking for. There is also a Question and Answer subforum in which some very basic strategy and gameplay features are quickly answered.

We're in the early stages of revamping over the Strategy forum...more to come on what's being planned in the coming weeks
