Jeraado Extends Contract with Gorillas

In a Sky Sports exclusive, jeraado has announced signing a contract extension with the Guerrilla Gorillas. "It was never about the money", jeraado claimed in a statement given from his plush London apartment, "the gaffer asked me to sign and I did. The Gorillas gave me my break, and I'm happy to be able to repay their faith in me." The 24-year-old New Zealand international is believed to have signed a 5-week extension worth up to $5 per week.

Jeraado also shared his thoughts on the coming season. "We've got a great bunch of lads and we're having fun on and off the pitch. The boss has the team well-drilled, and I'm confident we'll be tough to beat". The Gorillas have made a good start to the season, and are many pundits' pick as one of the teams to beat.

Jeraado's statements were made at the launch of the new Nike 'Risk-like but not exactly risk' range of sportsware. More pictures of the event are available in the Showbiz section on page 21

The sweet smell of bacon is starting over-whelm the kitchen as another batch of bacon is about to be fried up by the Bacon-ators. What's best...is that its happening in icepack's blood-farming kitchen. Great job team!

Rodion's to-do list

1 - Fix the schedule (big mistake I made)
2 - Update rosters entering week 3 and free agency

I agree, losing @ home is a bit awkward. But web your planning to face one team researching likely scenarios and face another completely different team that you didn't plan for...you tend to have bad results.

Oh well, honest mistake on Rodions part. We will just need to farm more blood in upcoming weeks!

Gorillas have first win locked up. Will be either 7-2 or 6-3 depending on the result of a quads game which is impossible to call in the fog
