Just for clarification, the airports are NOT part of the bonus, correct?

Ok, I think if you go ahead and code one neutral for both of the two territory regions (Kosice and Trnava) and code one of the starting positions for Nitra a neutral as well, you'd probably be good to go for the stamp.

nope. they don't have a flag so don't belong to any bonus.
they're just there to open the map a bit and to provide 24 starting terits.

stredne, dolny and bratislava start with 3 neutral troops.

if u code exactly 3 start positions (pohronie, tekov and hont), then u can bring down the chance of player 1 starting with a bonus in 1v1 games to under 3%, which is as good as classic, without any more starting neutrals than the three that u already have.

DiM, after discussing with Ian, if you agree to increase the bonus for Trnava from 2 to 3, we can go ahead and get this stamped.

updated images above.
the +2 was good with the old setup considering trnava was locking bratislava, but now with the airports a +3 is indeed more fitting.

If anyone has any other comments on gameplay, now is the time to speak up! If there are no other concerns within the next couple of days, this map will receive the Gameplay Stamp!

I'm starting to like this map more. I like the size (in terms of regions and actual image size). It is a map that I think I would consider adding to my rotation of smaller maps.

In terms of gameplay, I don't think I have any suggestions for changes. In terms of graphics, the dotted lines separating regions, anyone think it worthwhile to increase the size / frequency of the dots? The solid lines separating bonus zones are pretty clear on the small map, but the dotted lines a little less so. But it may just be size / frequency of the dots.

Keep up the good work.

Ok DiM, after discussions behind the scenes, we've agreed to decrease the starting neutrals on Dolny and Stredne from 3 to 2. So, with that being said, here's your stamp! Congrats. I will have thenobodies unsticky this post, and on to graphics!

did you want to do it? if so, i'm sorry. it didn't take much work though. but i still need to work on a lot of xmls, those are much more complicated though and thus require more time.

i planned on doing it myself. but since i'm retired from the foundry i decided it's not worth bothering to learn how to do it so when i talked with zimmah about knights and warlocks, pirates and merchants i also asked him to do this one. if you don;t believe me just ask him and see it was a last moment thing.
in fact if you look at the map images you'll see only the most recent ones have his name.
