SHOUTING?

Hmmmm....Good Point.
Truth is that for years I have been primarily posting on MSN Groups messageboards without avatars. Obviously, on this board you can see the avatar and you know who is posting. Just an old habit that I need to leave in the past.
There must be some kind of mathamatical formula that sets forth some kind of ratio of how many posts you make to how many people you annoy....lol
Then again, some people are more easily annoyed than others. You are truly Insulted by this?.....lol
I'll look around and decide if I want to put my name in my sig, or not, but the name at the end of the text has got to go. ..... Well....maybe one last time just to make sure that you know that it really was Intentional this time....lol

what happens when we reach our glorious goal?

Paperplunger and I have already had this discussion about leaving names after a post. Indeed I have the habit from MSN Groups also, along with a few other forum boards. And to me it just seems like the right thing to do. I always sign my letters at the bottom, even though I put my return address on the envelope and they know who it's from. It just seems like the correct thing to do.
And by the way, Seinfeld is a great show. I've got the first couple of seasons on DVD, and they always make me laugh. A few particular scenes from episodes sporadically pop into my head and I'll just start laughing. But along with Seinfeld, Whose Line is it Anyways is about the only other show that I genuinely laugh at time and time again.
Edit: Did anyone ever look up the longest post on the internet? hehe, it'd be neat to see what the 'actual' longest post has.

I don't know how many pages we should be shooting for, but I think for each page we completely control, we need to get a bonus number of armies per turn.
Scarus
(It's contagious)
P.s. This just in: as of April 14, the longest thread on CC is 176 posts, a thread in the Callout index. This number is growing at a pretty impressive rate, so if we're serious about this, we've got a ways to go before we can overtake them. But I believe in us, and you should too. Go Longest Thread Squad! I only post this information so that nobody has to go looking at any threads older than April 14 to find a longer one - some of these indices have 8 pages. I only went to the trouble myself because of my unflagging dedication to this endeavour. Feel free to send me Easter chocolate in gratitude.

Anyway, I've been thinking that areyouincahoots' picture is much too cute to be real. And seriously, isn't she just a little toooo witty to be that cute? Then i saw ereandil's avatar. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I'd be willing to bet big money that areyouforreal looks exactly like ereandil's avatar, (and more than likely) the opposite is just as true. So....if you're following my logic here, and you want to flirt with a hot babe, forget about areyouwhatever and start pm'ing ereandil......lol
Scarus
blah blah blah...go away from the site for two days and miss this priceless "logic" from Scarus...well, i guess that is all an interesting way to look at it...

heres a fun off topic joke from ebaumsworld
Freudian Slip
Two men are talking in the bar sharing their sob stories. One man says, "I had the worst Freudian slip the other day."
The other man responds, "What the hell is a Freudian slip?" "You know," says the first man. "It's when you mean to say one thing, but you say something else that reveals what you are really thinking about.
Like the other day I was at the airport, and this really sexy lady was helping me. Instead of asking her for 'two tickets to Pittsburgh,' I asked her for 'two pickets to Tittsburgh." The second replies, "Oh, now I know what you are talking about. It's like the other day when I was having breakfast with my wife. I wanted her to pass me the orange juice, but instead I said, 'You ruined my life, bitch!'"

PP, that's too funny. No one else is up at my house yet, but I bet they're all wondering what all that laughter from the living room is all about.
We've all got go out and find large pictures to put in our sigs. At two or three posts per page we could easily do three or four pages a day.
Do you guys see the little piggies in Johhny's pict?

The one person that I had pegged as absolutely matching their avatar is Marv....
Well, and yeah, areyouincahoots. I'm sure everyone on the board has a crush on her by now.
Maybe we could set up some kind of blind date between them. A Diogenes meets Romeo and Juliet type of thing. The only two people on the board who are completely honest. Truthseekers who are destined for each other.
Irrelevant enough for you RockSolid?
Where is the Bubble Boy when you need him?
