And now that I'm back to answer some questions it's determined by Swiss style bracketting so it can't be sent every three weeks it has to have the round finished to be able set the brackets for the next round

Everyone should have their games now except for the goonies because I mixed them up with 120 proof goonshine and sent the wrong invite so after the invite for those games are declined that will be fixed and we'll all be on our way.

I'm quite sure that captains are inviting their team to games in this tournament. I'm too lazy to check but you can read it from first post I think

It is the captains responsibility to get the games to the players. I decided to experiment and do an invite this round. If people would prefer that I got back to the pm system that was used in the 1st round I can do that again for the next round.

It doesn't matter to me either way, I forgot we were supposed to invite them

Same thing happened to me--my opponent just asked me to invite my teammates which I am doing now.

Yeah, a PM reminding captains to invite their Teammates would be nice (although truthfully I never quite understand why its so hard to add two names to the PM. I know that many organizers do it but for me using the TO format and sending to each of the players isn't really much more work but the bare minimum is letting the captains know that they have this responsibility

Sorry, I missed only got joined one of the invites, and forgot that I have to invite the other two players. Can you invite me to the games I missed, and I'll get the rest of my team invited.

I'll keep this in mind and probably go back to the first round style where I just sent pms. I was just trying out something different

And technically this responsibility can be found on the first page under team captain and responsibilities. #3 but like I said I will revert back to pms for next round as it didn't really save much time doing the invites over the pm and the pm is better for getting attention.

Yes, it is in the rules in the first page, but it has been so long since any of us actually played a game for this tournament and most of us play in many other tournaments, so a PM with a reminder that we have to invite our teammates would have saved a lot of hassle.

I know that's why I'm switching back to pms for the next round instead of invites.

We're still missing a player from the opposing team in our 4 games.

Is there somewhere you can show how far we are into this tourney? I have no idea how many games have been played, won & lost and nor can I see the scoreboard (those links to the external site challonge.com freeze my browser every time!).

Can't we keep stats somewhere in this thread please, as per usual practice. Thanks.

I should be able to work out something of the sort. I'll have it up around Tuesday probably. Maybe tomorrow if I find myself with excessive free time.
