A third of the season has passed and I'm 4-5. I desperately need pitching. Nobody is accepting other trades. I'm gambling on Gio somehow coming back strong.

And I have plenty of first basemans and outfielders.

Weaver would have been a fairer trade... would have accepted if I wasn't waiting for Kendrys Morales to get signed. On my other league on Yahoo, there was a trade with Bumbarner that some people were protesting. (S. Strasburg & M. Bumgarner FOR C. Kershaw) Someone mentioned that Bumgarner alone was far better than Kershaw. Sunday morning I commented that when Bumgarner lost games (and he had recently) it was with earned runs of 5 or more. I suppose someone had to put me in my place.
