8. As a joke, a coworker sends anonymous love letters to another coworker who takes them seriously. Everyone is enjoying the prank. Do you expose it?
-Since it says 'everyone is enjoying the prank' it must be pretty funny (and I must be enjoying it, too). I would think its funny and all, but to a point. If it gets really out of hand, it wouldn't be funny anymore. If it gets to that point - where the letters get out of line - I would ask the person who is writing them to stop, and I would encourage them to apologize to the person they are writing them to. I don't think it would be my responsibility to tell the person who is recieving the letters unless the person who is writing them is taking it too far and if they refuse to stop.

1. A member of the school board is convicted of shoplifting. She is a competent official. As a parent, do you support demands for her resignation?
of course i would want here to quit/be fired! i would not want a criminal (no matter what crime was committed) in charge of my children. they probably would have other problems besides shoplifting, anyway.

p gizzle, you have been evicted! get lost!
4. A relative is dying. She asks for help to die with dignity. Assisting suicide is a criminal offense. Do you help?
Depends who you mean by relative. If it is a very close relative, such as a partner, then I would help because I wouldn't want her to die in pain. If it's someone such as my uncles stepdads daughters cousins sister in law, then I don't think I'll help, because she won't be very close to me.

Due to not answering his question Bozo has been eliminated. Players may now review answers and send in their votes (don't forget your veto number)
wcaclimbing: 1. A member of the school board is convicted of shoplifting. She is a competent official. As a parent, do you support demands for her resignation?
of course i would want here to quit/be fired! i would not want a criminal (no matter what crime was committed) in charge of my children. they probably would have other problems besides shoplifting, anyway.
gavin_sidhu: 3. A murderer tells you where the body is buried. You're his lawyer and this evidence will certainly convict him. But the victim's family needs to know the truth. Do you keep silent?
Of course, im a lawyer.

Caleb the Cruel: 6. After months, the charge for your new TV doesn't show up on your credit card statement. Do you report the oversight?
Honestly I would not tell anybody that I'm not being charged for the television...
hawkeye: 7. An employee of your ad agency is HIV positive. Clients and staff are un asy and his work has suffered. Do you re new his contract?

maritovw: 9. As a police officer you stop someone for speeding. They say they're on their honeymoon and rushing to get to their hotel. Do you give them a ticket?
i'd "warn" them and tell them to go slower but i wouldn't give them a ticket... you can't ruin a honey moon for such a trivial thing as speeding! (assuming they were not going like in a F1 race lol)

Everyone who comes into this thread is the jury (even those who were evicted)

can there be a one day time limit for sending in votes? everyone that takes their turn every day should be able to send in their votes within a day

i think a 2-day limit should be set, because sometimes even I do not have access to CC everyday...but this particular voting period has gone on too long...I vote to evict anybody who hasn't sent in their vote by this point in time

i dont see y u should evict someone who hasnt sent in their vote, just take it that they abstained from voting. Dont make voting compulsory.

The two nominated for eviction are: Phobia and Hawkeye
The veto number was 34. cramill wins the power of veto with his guess of 33.
cramil must now use the veto or leave nominations as is.

you probably won't, but just in case, here's my suggestion
DON'T USE IT

The Power of Veto was not used. That means Phobia and Hawkeye remain up for eviction. Players review answers and send in eviction votes!
