Scoreboard has been updated because another group has finished. Group F has ZionT, Gilligan, n00blet and Godd advancing. MyTurnToWin will be added to Stage 2 reserve list.

There's just 5 games left to finish - 2 games for groups B and D, 1 for Group A.

I won't be around much for the next 5-6 days so until next Thursday (March 25) there's no updates. As a note for future, you'll probably get to read more of these messages in the next 6 months so the speed of tournament might slow down due to that. For now, the 5 games are still active and fortunately I don't have to start any new ones so this time my absence won't be a problem.

I see that my absence hasn't been missed There's just 2 games left to finish - group D has a semi-stalemate in round 3 and group B has one game left in round 4 (should be over real soon).

If I'll get home tonight then I'll update scoreboard with all possible points - including the ones that have been earned from rounds still active and I think I'll even put the points of active game in there, perhaps it will help to brake the stalemate. As soon as standings are clear and we know players who advance then we'll move on to Stage 2.

Group A has finished and following people advance to stage 2: growler, killmanic, BaldEagle76 and Don 1. As reserves, RedBaron0 and Artimis advance (I couldn't decide who of them should have advantage advancing so decided to let them both to next stage).

Groups B and D have been updated with all possible points. Group B has 1 game left in round 4 ([game]6593025[/game]) and group D in round 3 ([game]6089670[/game]). 3 people in group D have a chance to earn points from the last game: Bigragooch, mkcummins and Evil Semp. Whoever of those 3 makes next kill earns 5 points, the killed person gets 2 points and person who isn't involved will get 3 points.

Actually, when I look at group D now then there's no way that something can change and therefore I can count it concluded. Congrats to FireStar, dtellis, Bigragooch and ga7 who will advance to stage 2. Also mkcummins will advance as reserve. So, what's stopping us from moving on to next stage is group B whose last game should end soon

Group D has finished their last game but as I mentioned before, overall advancing it won't change. Therefore, we still need to wait group B to end their last game. I won't update scoreboard today, I'll wait for stage 1 to end completely.

How are the matchups for next round going to be decided?

I will keep at least three slots open for the next stage, if there aren't any freemies in my grouping, go ahead and send us three if everyone else in the group I am in is okay with that.

I'll be using random.org to decide the groups.

I'm really grateful for your 3 slots! I'm hoping that most groups can play 3 at once, it should speed up the tournament quite a bit when compared to the previous stage.

Last game of stage 1 has finished I'm at work with no neccessary excel sheets so we'll move on to stage 2 in a couple of hours after I get home.

Scoreboard of stage 1 has got its final update and now it's located in the 4th post in the first page. Stage 2, which is active as of now because I've sent out first games, has got its scoreboard moved to 2nd post on first page (previously stage 1 board was there). As things aren't in order anymore then I've created an index to the first post so you can easily jump to whichever scoreboard you wish to see.

Now, the number of active games per group is going to be different, depending on freemiums on the group and how many spots they can give.

Group A will be playing 3 games at once. CunningImp agreed to give 3 spots and seems that icedagger will be replaced (he hasn't logged in for a couple of days and he has no active games). If he does happen to continue in the tournament then I think he won't mind 3 games at once.
Group B will be playing 2 games unless I hear otherwise from freemium members.
Group C will be playing 2 games also, unless I hear otherwise from freemium members.
Group D will have 3 games active at once, unless I hear otherwise from the premium members.

I suggest everybody take a look at the scoring and keep an eye on things so you would understand how points are gained

Groups A and D have started with their first 3 games. I've sent out last reminders to groups B and D, both of them will get a replacement player in 24 hours. Digibomb has got some extra time to join games, he wishes to continue in the tournament but he doesn't have open slots right now.

RedBaron0 replaces Jefreus from Round 1 Game 1. So, for the moment - group B plays 2 games at once and group C only 1 (it will change at some point, don't know when though).

Stage 2 Round 1

It has changed - currently all games that must be active, have started (groups A and D = 3 games, B and C = 2 games). Probably I'm going to keep quiet for a week or two, depends how fast the games move but considering they are 8-player larger maps then cya in a few weeks

Nothing to update as no games have finished, not even a single elimination but I wanted to draw your attention to a foundry news which makes changes to Pearl Harbour map. Haven't abandoned you, just no games have finished yet. Though, there are a couple of eliminations and we should have some games finished soon. We won't be waiting other groups to catch up and I'll create next game as soon as previous ends so it might be that you'll be playing several rounds at once.

About the Pearl Harbour games that groups B and C need to play. If the map isn't up by the time I need to create the games, I will just move on to next round with the groups and we'll play the PH game when the map is back online.

I'm off until Sunday (May 2nd) and won't be updating nor even keeping an eye on the tournament until then. I've checked games though and made some new ones. I won't have a chance to check them again before end of the week so if somebody misses their invite then you can either be active player and send out invite(s) or just wait patiently until I return. Hopefully my absence won't delay the tournament!

Also, when I return then I'll make a full update to the scoreboard which will include all finished games.

I'm quite swamped in several things that need my urgent attention and trying to catch up with things slowly. I've left you hanging for a couple of days, sorry about it, really haven't had time to check the games. Anyways, a replacement has been made - alamo1234321 (out) - God Emperor Q (in) - which will make group B running smoother now.

I know that I promised an update but I've decided to postpone it just a bit more. There's just 1 active game left in round 1 (not counting the missing Pearl Harbour games) so I'll let it finish and then I can make a full update to round which will be best time for update IMO.

All games that need to be are active and seem to move on nicely. Still waiting for Group B to finish their Rail Europe game and looking at the number of rounds other groups needed then I think it should end soon (though deadbeating might of changed the course of that game a bit).
