Actually Mola, there are a good number of people who play here and don't ever enter the forums. IIRC, Dug only came into the forums to bitch and moan, not "be a part of the community," which is fine, everyone is entitled to their opinions. And hell, if those opinions are presented in a clear and concise manner, the mods might actually listen to them. Like I said before, no matter what we did, there was no way to please everyone and be fair at the same time. Based on the polls I've seen, we seem to have pleased the majority.

yes the mods made a good choice, they pleased the majority and helped ensure the future of this site not being one full of bribery and lies. can we now just let the whole dug thing die.............

It's sounds pretty simple (to me).

1) Rules are enforced by Moderators.
2) Moderators are appointed by the site owner.
3) Is there (maybe) a little favoritism and/or personal biases coming into play when 'certain' people get banned... possibly. I mean we are ALL only human beings, after all. Emotions sometimes can come into play. I'm not saying they did in this case, only that they may.
4) Most importantly, if you don't like the rules here, feel free to go somewhere else... anywhere else... and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

As for the money paid... when you join CC as a paid member, you are required to comply with the rules. Break the rules, forfeit the cash! (simple, huh?)
