Did anyone happen to catch Justin Verlander's no hitter against the Brewers yesterday?! What a performace! His pitching was unbelieveable, location perfect, and he was throwing 101 mph in the 9th! 112 pitch performance, 12 strikeouts, 4 walks. Not a bad day!

What about Schill with his last start! UGH! Tossing a no hitter and a guy gets a hit with 2 outs in the ninth. But that being said, just because you have 1 guy capable of tossing a no hitter doesnt mean you will go far!

This is true. I'm not hanging all my hopes on Verlander. If anything, it's been Detroit's offense that's been carrying them this year, not pitching.
