Did anyone happen to catch Justin Verlander's no hitter against the Brewers yesterday?! What a performace! His pitching was unbelieveable, location perfect, and he was throwing 101 mph in the 9th! 112 pitch performance, 12 strikeouts, 4 walks. Not a bad day! :D

What about Schill with his last start! UGH! Tossing a no hitter and a guy gets a hit with 2 outs in the ninth. But that being said, just because you have 1 guy capable of tossing a no hitter doesnt mean you will go far! :)

This is true. I'm not hanging all my hopes on Verlander. If anything, it's been Detroit's offense that's been carrying them this year, not pitching.
