When I shared this tourney idea with you Tupence it was meant to be all based on points, but I guess we will have to wait til next year.

are you saying you gave me the win before the game was over????? I dont think so, because on many of my wins I came from no where to run it, no way you could of predicted that.

Yeah I just sent out the games a couple of hours ago! 12 players are safely through, the other 12 players are fighting for 6 places!

All of the play-off games are now in progress!

I'm currently moving house with very limited internet access, so this tournament will resume around September 5th!

Round 6 is about to begin! We're now down from 96 players to just 18.

Points will be awarded in the same way as previous rounds: 8, 5, 3, 2, 1, 0
In this round there are 6 games for each group so there are 48 points up for grabs!

Unlike previous rounds, the player who comes 6th in his/her group will automatically be eliminated.
After play-offs, two of the three 4th-place players will go through, and only one of the three 5th-place players will go through.

The top three in each group will automatically go through to the Quarter Finals! Best of luck everyone!
