Their incompetence puts alot of pressure on Vick to win the game himself, he's good, but no one can win by themselves. So yes he was wrong, but he has no support from the fans who don't say a word the instant he's making the game winning play but will jump all over him for teying to do it himself.

And V for Vendetta is a decent adaptation of the comic. The comic is still far superior however...
