I must confess that I also had to do a double take. I thought someone got a CC Tat.

I don't really mind showing who has submitted votes. I want all clans to participate and maybe if someone realizes there clan hasn't participated yet from here they will go to their forums and speak up so they do. I will update the first post with everyone who got the PM (I just sent it out to everyone today) and I will strike through the names as they submit votes.

My main question is, are the power rankings limited to skill and victories, or can we factor in behaviour etc. when ranking the clans?

There should not be any social aspect to your vote. Just strictly who do you think is the better clan

Is there no recourse to perhaps wait until the clan league quarters?
If there will be 'upsets', then that would help make a better decision up-top where there's so little to separate the clans

It doesn't have to necessarily mean who's better, and I'm not really one to comment after our clan league debacle. But with those top 6/8 that are so tough to place, something needs to be found to separate them.

this is why I choose to take the top 15 to 20 clans and just have them rank their top 10, much easier for all clans to do this, but, I do respect the way chuuuuck does it as well.

I don't think waiting for the league playoffs to take shape is going to matter a whole lot. You have to figure X factor for luck as well as skill. This is really just a perception of everyone's opinions on the skill of each clan, based on previous results. The more opinions you get, the more precision is placed into the final report.

Exactly. We won't be waiting because this needs to move along. I still hope to have all votes by one week from tomorrow. I will probably send out more emails this weekend asking again from those I haven't gotten.

Plus if you wait for the Quarters, what about the Semis? and the Finals? Gotta draw a line in the sand at some point.

I think we've waited long enough. Why delay any more?

Because clans such as ours have put the list up in our forums and asked our players to voice an opinion if they have one. This things not starting tomorrow anyway, so dont really feel the need to rush something when Chuck put a deadline up already.

He was more referring to the whole waiting process since this was due back in Dec to begin with.... I think. Not the given till next week.
