As soon as the last game of round 2 is finished. It's only 1 game, but the outcome will affect the standings.

Four teams have secured the win, but no match has completely finished yet.

Round 4: There are 6 players who need to join one or more games still. I have send them invites.

Ok, it's Friday night and I'm still missing the player assignments for 6 teams. I need 2 days to set up the games, register them and send the pm's to everybody.

I do not want this tournament to take more than the 8 months it's already going to take. For now I will use the same line-up the missing teams have given me for the latest round, and I'll probably get many protests.

Anybody have any good idea on how to get around this bi-weekly problem? Maybe we can work with one standard line-up and if a team wants it changed they let me know?

Help me out here guys, because right now it's not working.

PS: Of course the above number also means I have received assignments from 12 teams and I thank the Team Captains for that. The problem is that I need all 18 before I can start the next round....

Lx, Keep the system in place please mate - you do an excellent job under the circumstances, but it really does matter for a team to juggle its players each time.

If a team fails to get the info to you by the deadline then simply use the previous line-up, simple as that.
