Just for clarity...
When you get eliminated, do the points you lose get subtracted from your total?
the first player to accumulate 200 points through terminations will win the tournament.

No, points will only get added.

skip has failed to leave slots available for tournament games. I'm booting him from the competition and am contacting the reserves now.

Dota has received a second invitation to his games. If those invitations expire without him him accepting, he will be replaced.

Dota failed to accept his 2nd invitation to the third round, so he/she has been replaced by JoJo123.
